University Behavioral Associates Supporting Healthy Marriage is a program of Montefiore Medical Center that offers a fun and interactive way to strengthen your marriage. We provide a relaxed place to meet other couples just like you. You will not only gain support to maintain a healthy marriage and build a strong family but will receive information about other valuable programs and services.
At the Healthy Marriage Program, you will explore ways to talk about tough topics. You will listen and be heard. You will learn to manage stress and handle conflicts. You will strengthen your ability to cope with the kids and have fun together as a family. This program is free, participants have to be 18 years or older and married with children.
